This "must" understanding is to arrive at a conscious proactive participation in the hastening of the Divine Advent of the new species the Supramental being.

This preparation will take a few more human generations of willing servitors and hero warriors of the Divine Consciousness-Force.

Thus the founding of Auroville the City of Dawn for this specific Vision-Goal and Purpose.

This is the present challenge: the obstinate nature of the sentinels of the past that seeks to endure. They cling like glue. But they are part and parcel of The Play of Unity in Diversity, to push the receptives beyond their obvious limitations. In the diversity of seeming separate yet complementary uniques, some players necessarily have to play the roles of unwitting servitors of the undivine and anti-divine consciousness-force. Thus the Kurukshetra battlefield that we are experiencing not just here in Auroville, but the whole Earth.

Fortunately, the sun-eyed children have all been arriving to participate in the ever-hastening and intensifying transitional stages...

We All as One Unfolding Evolutionary Movement continue on…

I have seen the building of Auroville as concurrent with the Supramental Vision-Goal since even before its inception in 1968. It is a collective Integral Supramental Sadhana unfolding in space-time toward the Divine Manifestation—a process that will take a few more generations. The Divine, undivine and anti-divine in a concentrated cauldron: "Auroville belongs to nobody in particular. Auroville belongs to humanity as a whole."
