  2. Facilitate infrastructure, economic, and technological growth while preserving Auroville’s evolutionary purpose.
  3. Safeguard against ideological dilution and external interference.
  4. Position Auroville as a national and global beacon of conscious human evolution.
By establishing the necessary legal ordinances and institutional support, the Government of India can help ensure that Auroville transcends its status as an experimental community and fully manifests as the City of Dawn—a living prototype of humanity’s evolutionary future."
 
HERE are the details leading to the above conclusion, with the wish to integrally understand our beginnings and after 57 years since inception our current challenges, and to find both in Spirit and Matter a more grounded, collaborative and harmonious way to collectively move forward, with the initial question as follows:
 
Auroville as a participative community has three integrated Core Ideal Vision-Goals written by its founder the Mother, namely 'A Dream', 'The Auroville Charter' and 'To Be a True Aurovilian', displayed publicly on this website https://auroville.org/page/core-documents.
 
Auroville has evolved as the legislated Auroville Foundation since 1988, and has been under the legal administration of the Government of India through the Ministry of Education.
 
Can you give an upgraded assessment on how all the participants can move forward collaboratively towards the building of the City of Dawn in accordance with its Core Ideal Vision-Goals specifically for the following radical and revolutionary statement?
 
"The whole earth must prepare itself for the advent of the new species, and Auroville wants to work consciously to hasten this advent."
