The Supreme Divine Mother MahaShakti

A dear friend asks, "I would like you to explain to me once more how the Mother, as Mahashakti for you, could challenge all the gods and goddesses of the creation to become the 'boss' in this active world.  You talked once about a cosmic work of surrender, it was so interesting." My answer: First of all, in essence, MahaShakti does not need to challenge the gods and goddesses, as She is the Supreme Divine Mother of ALL the cosmic beings, the Creatrix of the Cosmos Herself. Of course most of the typal gods, especially the Asuras, think they are the highest.
